Usher finally let go of the Georgia mansion he's owned since 1999, according to Trulia. He bought the property in Alpharetta—a luxe Southern neighbourhood—for $1.2 million just over a decade ago and recently sold it for $1.5 million.
The 10,823-square-foot home was built in 1988 and is situated in a gated golf community often referred to as Country Club of the South. Past a beautifully manicured front lawn, visitors are greeted with an open foyer that leads directly into a spacious living room. Dark hardwood floors spill from the living room into the kitchen, where large windows and French doors let in natural light. The master suite features herringbone wood floors, a stunning fireplace, and a large master bathroom. As if the master bath wasn't enough, the home also includes a private sauna and yoga studio (which is only fitting considering the star is known for his love of yoga).
Outside are a luxurious pool, barbecue, and dining area perfect for outdoor entertaining. The estate also comes with a multi-level guest house featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, and—naturally—a dance studio. Take a look inside the performer's modern Southern abode below.
