The masterminds behind some of the coolest venues in town—Coogee Pavilion, The Ivy, Papi Chulo, Palmer & Co. and many more—have added another Sydney hotspot to their portfolio. Pioneering hospitality company, Merivale, opened the doors to The Paddington (formerly The Paddington Arms) late last year giving “pub” a new meaning.

Located on Paddington’s iconic Oxford Street, The Paddington’s food and drink offering is as impressive as its charming interior. The menu is rotisserie-led—think dishes such as lamb rump with red pepper and almonds and wagyu beef with artichokes—and can be teamed with a classic, first-class cocktail created by the Palmer & Co. team. The space was designed to look like an old local butcher and boasts a relaxed, quintessential British charm. Scroll down to take the tour of this stunning space.
