The only thing better than a sneak peek into someone's home, is when the property in question is an interior designer's.

One of Australia’s top interior designers, and The Block judge, Darren Palmer has just listed his two-storey Edgecliff home for sale—so not only is this the ultimate glimpse, but now you can be the judge.

Palmer bought the dual-level Federation home for $1.35 million and it is a true reflection of his style and taste, having renovated the entire place since securing the property two years ago. “All the way through this renovation I was just thinking ‘don’t mess it up’. There’s pressure being the ‘expert’ to get everything perfect, but at the end of the day nothing ever is perfect!” Darren told Interiors Addict. “I’m proud of the result and hopefully the right people will walk in and fall in love with the house, just like we did when we first saw it.”

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom free-standing abode boasts light-filled interiors with elegant period details and premium finishes throughout. It features a classic bungalow facade and a 1930s-era side entrance. In short, it’s exquisite.

Palmer’s home goes to auction on December 1 and the guide price is currently over $2 million.
