Actress Rooney Mara is looking to part ways with her mid-century masterpiece in Los Feliz Oaks, and we wish we could afford to take her up on her offer. As Trulia reports, Mara just re-listed the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home for around $4.5 million. The home, built in 1963, is a true mid-century gem complete with paneled floor-to-ceiling windows, a tiled fireplace, and wooden shelving. It features an open floor plan that "blends steel, glass, and terrazzo" to create a "welcoming vibe that epitomises California style." True to its mid-century modern aesthetic, the home is brimming with stylish indoor plants, massive, aztec-inspired rugs and throw pillows, and wooden furniture.
