Delightful Recipes for Mother's Day Brunch
Brunch is one of our favourite excuses to throw a party or go all-out for a meal… even more so when it’s in celebration of Mum. While we tend to prefer savoury dishes, sometimes we’re due for something sweet, even just a bite. So today we’re sharing some truly delightful savoury and sweet recipes for spoiling your mother, if you’re lucky enough to live close to yours. Bon appétit!
We’re big fans of the Spanish dish Tortilla Española, which is referred to in English as simply Tortilla or Spanish Omelette.
