Inside the Bold 17th-Century Home of a Design Legend
Color and print are two things many of us aren't comfortable putting together with confidence, but it's clear Jeffrey Bilhuber doesn't have that problem. The famed designer (he designed Vogue Editor in Chief Anna Wintour's weekend home) isn't shy of a bold hue or two, and favors an eclectic mix of antiques and heirlooms, all together in the one room. He happily breaks the rules and we are more than happy to let him when the result is a home like this one.
"There's an easiness to the house which is very fluid," he says. "It's very convivial. It's a great house for conversation, for catching up in. It wants and invites as many people as it can." Scroll down to see more of this home through photos by Tony Vu for One Kings Lane.
