We're Impatiently Waiting for IKEA's Latest Collaboration to Launch

Nicole Singh

As you may have guessed by now, we’re slightly obsessed with Scandinavian furniture giant, IKEA. But another brand that often sits high our décor wish list is also British designer Tom Dixon. And in what can only be described as a melting pot of two distinct design aesthetics, Dixon has formed a partnership with IKEA to create a modular furniture collection made up of sofas and accessories made for everyday, modern living. Named as DELAKTIG, which means “being involved” that’s exactly the concept that this collection will be designed around: The idea that we need to adapt and change to meet a range of needs in the home.

While the range doesn't hit stores until in April, we’ve been given a sneak peek (pictured above) at what the range will look like, with blue hues, black steel and neutral bases being key accents that we can pull out from the range so far. Have you started redesigning your living room yet? We have. Shop some of our favourite Tom Dixon and IKEA pieces below while you wait for DELAKTIG below.
