IKEA Takes "Retail Therapy" to a Hilarious New Level in Its Latest Campaign

Kelsey Clark

Despite being a well-known catalyst behind couples' arguments, IKEA is making amends by taking "retail therapy" to new heights. The Swedish retailer has hilariously renamed its products according to the most frequently googled relationship issues, positing each item as a solution to each problem.

"IKEA products have always been inspired by how people live in the real world. … How can we remind people of this?" says the newly released video about the inventive initiative. "Whether it's a snoring husband, a never-ending gaming son, or any other relationship problem you have, IKEA [products] can come to the rescue. Or at least put a smile on your face while you keep googling for an answer."

We can safely say that products like She Doesn't Want to Cuddle and My Friend Only Talks About Himself, have successfully accomplished that goal.
