This Midcentury-Modern Home Could Be Your New Address

Sacha Strebe

Have a penchant for postmodern art? Now you can live in it. The incredible Wiley House designed by American architect Philip Johnson is currently on the market, listed with William Pitt Sotheby's International for $14 million. The famed designer is known for his postmodern style throughout the 20th century, using glass and other industrial materials. The six-acre property is a rectangular structure with 15-foot ceilings, which current owner Frank Gallipoli likens to living "up in a treehouse." The incredible transparent walls allow 360-degree views of the property from the kitchen and living area.
