As the daughter of Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger and former supermodel Jerry Hall, Georgia May Jagger has learnt her life lessons from parents with an abundance of life experience, so it’s no surprise the British model embraces a unique outlook on life.

Jagger, who is the muse and brand ambassador for Thomas Sabo, graced our shores last week to host a cocktail party for her new campaign with the jewellery label called “Love Bridge”. During her visit, she also shared her best career advice with us. Read on to be inspired and also learn about her career highlights and what makes her feel most confident.

What career advice has your family passed on to you?

As far as being in the public eye, don’t take yourself too seriously, people are always going to make things up—my parents told me to not take that on board and not let it upset me.

What makes you feel confident?

Honestly, being happy. And just being around people that love you. I sound really cheesy.

What is your career highlight to date?

Being in the Olympics in London and also being on the cover of Vogue this year with my friends. That was really amazing.
