Skinny Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini Noodles


  • Olive oil
  • Jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • Medium zucchini, cut into noodles
  • Minced garlic
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • White wine

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-low heat for one minute, then add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes and stir for one minute.
