Home Tour: The Veronica’s Bohemian Brisbane Abode
Our talented home-grown female duo, Jess and Lisa Origliasso of rock duo The Veronicas, have opened the doors to their heritage-listed Brisbane home, and it’s as charming as the twins themselves.
The New York-style loft is located in the city’s trendy Fortitude Valley—home to the best bars and restaurants in the QLD capital. Built in the 1930’s, the property features high ceilings, vast windows, polished wooden floorboards and a rooftop terrace with views of the city’s iconic Storey Bridge. The interior décor of the home reflects their bohemian and eclectic style with tie-dye and patterned textiles throughout, retro wooden furniture and a music corner complete with a piano, guitars, record players and an enviable record collection.
“We’ve spent time focussing on interior design, turning it into our bohemian creative cave,” says Jess. “I’d describe our decorating style as temple-in-India meets warehouse-in-London.”
