Fashion Designer Minnie Mortimer Lists Her Stunning Nantucket-Style LA Home
When an East Coast-bred socialite moves into a Nantucket-style house on the West Coast, you know it's going to be gorgeous. Especially if that woman is fashion designer Minnie Mortimer, daughter of House Beautiful editor-at-large Senga Mortimer and wife of Academy Award-winning screenwriter Stephen Gaghan (Traffic, Syriana). Not only is the designer's Los Angeles home absolutely awesome in a kind of California-cool-meets-elegant-WASP way, it's also for sale. That's right: the couple has listed their five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath home in Brentwood for $5 million with Richard Sterns of Partners Trust. On a private, acre-plus lot, the house features panoramic city, mountain, and ocean views (yes, all three), a screening room, a guest house, and a swimming pool. We're guessing Mortimer's incredible art collection doesn't come with the purchase, but it can't hurt to look. See more of the home below...
