The headquarters of luxury media agency, MAXMEDIALAB, is what can only be described as exquisite. Located within an industrial-style warehouse in Sydney's Alexandria, the light-filled space boasts vast ceilings, crisp white and marble surfaces, and polished concrete floors which are complemented with décor that we normally only dream of.

The full service agency—which has an impressive list of global clients, including Hermés, Napoleon Perdis, La Prairie, Giorgio Armani, Harrolds, and Seafolly—was founded in 2011 by media mastermind, Lynette Phillips. Phillips designed the space herself before collaborating with interior stylist Steve Cordony who brought her vision to life. “I was very much inspired by New York, especially the fusion between the Upper East Side and Tribeca—all with a touch of hotel luxe,” notes Phillips. “I also took inspiration from the luxury clients we represent.”

The beautifully executed space, which the team of 35 has occupied for six months now, comes complete with a Moët & Chandon and Patrón (who also clients) bar plus a day spa.

Personally, we can’t decide whether our favourite feature is the Felix Forest print, the Blainey North custom-made armchairs, the Tovl artwork, or the Kelly Wearstler Apollo Stool, but we do know that it’s basically our dream office. Scroll down to take a tour of the luxury workspace.
