Tour Ivanka Trump’s New 1923 Colonial Home in Washington
Ivanka Trump is a women of many talents—wife, mother, entrepreneur, business woman, and real estate mogul. And judging by her Park Avenue apartment, which she recently listed for sale, her New York City office, and her new abode in Washington D.C., it’s obvious she has exceptional style, too.
U.S. real estate marketplace, Zillow, has confirmed that the US President-Elect’s eldest daughter, her husband Jared Kushner, and their three children have just added another swoon-worthy property to their portfolio as they have moved into a new home in the city’s prestigious Kalorama area—the same neighbourhood the Obamas will be residing in.
While the home sold in December for $5.5 million USD, it’s unclear whether the entrepreneurial couple purchased the estate or if they’re renting the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home. It’s likely that the Trump-Kushner family will only be residing in the 1923 Colonial abode part-time, but judging by the home’s five wood-burning fireplaces, crown moldings, and teal shuttered windows, we wouldn’t be surprised if they wish they could move in permanently. Scroll on and take a tour.
