Who doesn’t love a meal that takes less time to make than it does to consume, is brimming with nutrients, and tastes as good as it looks? Smoothies, we love you. Whether the superfood-filled snack is your go-to for breakfast, or it's your 3 p.m. slump pick-me-up, we have just stumbled upon three recipes that you will wish you had known about sooner.

Soup shop Mr Perkins recently swung open its Bondi Beach doors and not only is it offering soups and broths made from fresh, seasonal produce (that are crafted in-house from scratch), but it's also producing some of the most nutritious smoothies in town. Tip: Opt for the optional bone broth cube for an extra hit of goodness. Can’t get to Bondi Beach? No problem.
