Getting a peaceful night’s sleep can be daunting at times. A spritz of lavender on your pillow? Check. Lowering the temp? Check. An eye mask? Check. But some rough nights may mean you need another trick up your sleeve… and this is where Bella Hadid’s genius hack for getting the best sleep of your life comes in.

Hadid is an all-star at most things, including but not limited to: serving as a spokesperson for brands like Nike and Dior Beauty, fluttering her wings as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, dominating catwalks all over the world—and now, being an expert sleeper. All of this constant jet-setting means it’s not always possible for the model to log as many bedtime hours as she’d like, so she’s made it her MO to focus solely on quality of sleep. So how does she do it? She chooses to nod off to meditation songs like her personal favourite, iTune’s 50 Best Meditation Songs Collection ($10).

“I recently started listening to meditation music, which makes me have a deeper sleep, even if I just have four hours,” Hadid recently confessed to Teen Vogue. “I’m usually out by the fourth song.” The best part is you can use this trick anywhere.  So the next time you’re counting sheep, you can just hit“play” instead.
